Welcome aboard for an unforgettable summer adventure! This sailing trip gives us the opportunity to experience Northern Norway at its most beautiful and pristine. With our sailboat and a small group, we have enough flexibility to explore the breathtaking nature and wildlife of Northern Norway, at sea and on foot on land. We head for bays and anchorages that are hardly accessible by car - so we can enjoy nature away from the tourist hotspots.

Whether hiking in the unique mountain world or sailing on crystal-clear waters - this trip promises unforgettable experiences and deep connections with nature and each other. Get ready for an unforgettable time full of adventure, community and breathtaking views!

  • Tour planning and organization

Arrival and departure:

The journey to and from Bodø is organized by each crew member. The flight usually takes about 5 to 7 hours with a change of planes in Oslo or Bergen. Most flights depart from Munich Airport (MUC) and land at Bodø Airport (BOO), which is only a few kilometers from the city center. Please allow enough time for your journey and only book flights once we have confirmed the trip with enough crew members.

The planned start and end point of the tour is in Bodø Havn
(subject to change).

Carpooling to the port:
Please let us know when you register if we can share your contact details with your fellow travelers. This way you can also coordinate with the rest of the crew to organize joint transfers from the airport to the port (transfer is not included in the tour price).

Sailing:
You don't need any sailing experience.

Hiking:
Medium technique:
We hike on mainly moderately difficult mountain trails. The nature of the paths can be rocky, blocked and very often pathless. Occasionally there are exposed passages. Hiking experience, surefootedness and a head for heights are required here

Medium fitness level:

You have a good basic level of fitness and stamina for tours with a walking time (real walking time without breaks) of up to 7 hours and up to a maximum of 1200 meters in ascent and descent.

  • Day 2: A pure sailing day: we set course for our first hiking destination, depending on wind, weather and tide.
    Sailing time: approx. 4 - 9 h; Meals: F, M, A
  • Day 3 - 9: Sailing and hiking: Wind direction and strength determine whether our journey takes us south towards Helgeland or north. Besides sailing, hiking is our main goal for the day. Depending on the destination, there is also the opportunity to learn more about the history of the region in museums, visit a whiskey distillery, hire kayaks or explore other sights.

  • Day 10: Back to Bodø, last night on board

After your binding registration you will receive a detailed PDF with all important and detailed information. Please read the information carefully!

Please do not book your flight until you have received confirmation of the minimum number of participants from us!

When booking (see contact form below) you will be asked if you agree to share your contact details with your fellow travelers in order to form carpools. If you agree, you will also make our work a little easier. We will write a collective email in advance (only with your consent!) with a link to the exact location of the meeting point.

You do NOT need any sailing experience. On the first day there is an intensive safety briefing. If you are interested, you will receive a basic sailing course, so you have the opportunity to learn the basics of sailing from an internationally certified skipper.

We cook together every evening. During the day, we prepare snacks and snacks. When we call at a port, we can visit a restaurant if we wish (not included in the tour price). A bath towel is provided for each crew member. Please bring an additional bath towel. Bed linen and bedding are also provided.

The trips can only be carried out if the specified minimum number of participants is reached. If this number is not reached, the tour operator may cancel the tour up to 8 weeks before the start of the tour at the latest.

Cancellation:
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance and insurance that covers your repatriation costs in the event of an accident or illness. Please check your insurance cover.

International health insurance:
Make sure that you have international health insurance for your trip abroad to cover any costs incurred in the event of illness or accident.


Trip interruption insurance:
We also recommend travel interruption insurance in case you have to interrupt your trip for unexpected reasons on site.

Please book directly via the website by filling out the contact form.
Once we have received your booking, you will promptly receive a booking confirmation (can take up to 4 weeks depending on the circumstances) and an invoice for a deposit of 50% with a payment term of 14 days. The remaining amount is due at the latest 10 weeks before the start of the trip without further request. You can pay the invoices conveniently by bank transfer.

Changes and/or deviations from the advertised program schedule during the trip are possible at any time. In particular, changes in local conditions and weather-related influences mean that the specified itinerary cannot be guaranteed. In this respect, the description only represents the planned itinerary without guaranteeing the exact itinerary in detail. Changes are always possible due to safety aspects and are reserved for the guide.


Due to weather and tides, there is no exact itinerary. There are certain destinations that we would like to visit, depending on the local weather conditions. You can be sure that we will do everything we can to visit the most beautiful bays and destinations and make the most of your trip to offer you an unforgettable journey. Of course, safety always comes first! There can always be spontaneous changes. Flexibility is very important both on the mountain and at sea!

Please make sure your equipment is in good working order and up to date. If your equipment does not meet the requirements of the tour, you are not entitled to participate and the guide may exclude you from participation!
