Life is a journey.

Let's start!

The key to mental training is the will to change!

Time for new impulses: to deal intensively with fundamental and personal issues, to critically question your own concept of life or to define new goals in life. Such targeted reflections often lead to positive changes in certain areas of life.

But the reality is different: too often, the time-consuming vices of everyday life prevent us from devoting ourselves to our own desires and goals in order to pursue what moves us at our core.

Whether it's a fall while skiing, a serious injury or an unpleasant conversation with a boss or colleague, or even something from a completely different area of life - in any case, all these things are stored in the emotional center of the brain.

It has a specific memory for everything that hasn't gone so well in our lives!

In every new life situation, it compares the new experience with these stored experiences. And it sounds the alarm as soon as even one aspect resembles old “traumas”.

Success begins in the mind.

Optimal physical preparation is often no longer enough - especially in top-class sport. The synchronization of internal and external movement sequences is important for athletes so that they can say after a competition: “Everything was just right today...”

However, there are moments in (athletes') lives when you suddenly can no longer fall back on this synchronization. Be it after or during an injury, after a defeat, after a fall, etc.

Then it is important to restore this balance in a focused and fun way. But even in everyday sports, we often lack motivation and literally have to pull ourselves together to go running, for example.

Changing perspectives and finding new ways.

We are constantly evolving throughout our lives. Whether in our professional or private lives, a new job, the realization of our life's dream - we are constantly faced with minor and major changes.

But sometimes it's not so easy to get out of the old rut. This is because blockages, ingrained patterns of action, old imprints and beliefs often prevent us from getting out of this “hamster wheel”. There is often much more to us than we think.

What's more, we don't always have any influence over what happens in our lives. But we do have an influence on how we deal with certain situations.

Find balance, feel the joy of life.

Anxiety is usually unfounded and, in many situations, can occur quite suddenly. Knees tremble, breathing becomes shallow, heart racing, sweating - many people are familiar with these effects of an anxiety attack and hardly anyone gets through life without fear these days.

In such moments, it is difficult to accept well-intentioned advice such as “What is a harmless spider supposed to do to you?” or “Millions of other people get on airplanes too!”. On the contrary - in most situations it is counterproductive and makes the fear even worse.
Fears usually stem from formative experiences that we often can no longer remember - at least consciously. It is therefore important to start exactly where the panic arises - in the emotional center of the brain.

What is mental training?

Mental training is an effective method for improving your own mental strength and performance. It involves controlling your thoughts and emotions in a targeted manner in order to fully exploit your own potential. Through targeted exercises and techniques, blockages and negative thought patterns can be dissolved to boost self-confidence and motivation. Mental training can be used in many areas, for example in sport, at work or in everyday life. It helps to set goals and achieve them by improving concentration and focus. Regular training can have a positive influence on your own thoughts and actions in order to lead a fulfilled and balanced life.
